What areas do you service?
ConstructClean is located in Ballarat, Victoria. We service Ballarat and surrounds, and can offer services as far as Geelong and the Western suburbs of Melbourne.
What areas of cleaning do you specialise in?
ConstructClean specialise in Commercial and Construction Cleaning only. We do not clean homes, resindences, Supermarkets, Shopping Centres or Hotels.
What frequency of cleaning do you offer?
We are able to offer one-off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning schedules.
How much does it cost?
Referring to Commercial cleaning, End of Lease cleaning & general cleaning services, We provide individualised quotes to each client. We are unable to provide an estimate or quote over the phone without first visiting your premises and going through your individual requirements and specific cleaning needs. Our rates are based on the current average rates in the industry.
For Builders Cleaning Services, we offer competitive pricing tailored to the specific needs of your project. Our rates are based on various factors including the size of the construction site, the scope of work required, and any specialised cleaning equipment or techniques needed. We are happy to provide you with a customised quote that meets your budget and exceeds your expectations. Quotes can be provided based off final plans at your estimating stage to assist you to avoid underestimating your final costs, or at any time throughout the project.
What hours do you clean during?
We work our cleaning hours to suit our clients. Generally within Office and Workplace environments, we tend to clean after hours to minimise disruption to your work day.
Relating to Builders Cleaning Services, we book your cleans in to suit your handover requirements.
Do you have OH&S policies & procedures?
Yes, we have policies and procedures in place, aligning with Victorian Workplace health and safety legislation. Copies of these documents are available upon request.
All of our personnel have current Police checks and Construction White Cards.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, ConstructClean hold current Public Liability insurance. A copy of our certificate of currency is available upon request.
